Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the free Google Maps audit offered on it. Paid work — an AI Voice Receptionist deployment, an AI Assessment, Google Business Profile management, or event automation — is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, and that agreement controls if the two ever disagree.

The audit is free and offered as-is. It measures where a business ranks on Google Maps for the keywords and service area you choose, at the moment you run it. Rankings change, so results are a snapshot, not a promise of where you rank tomorrow.

Competitor figures come from publicly available listings. Market-size and transaction-value figures in the report are estimates from a model, and should be treated as rough guides rather than measured facts.

Run the audit only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. We may limit how many audits one person runs.

By running the audit, you agree that we may email the report to the address you enter and follow up with you about it. If you check the optional consent box on the form, you also agree that AI Systems Architect may call or text you, including using automated technology, about your audit and our services. That consent is not a condition of receiving the audit, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. If you leave the box unchecked, we will not send you automated calls or texts. Either way, you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Nothing on this site or in an audit report is a guarantee of rankings, leads, or revenue. AI Systems Architect is a technology and marketing services provider; it does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. The site's content, design, and name belong to AI Systems Architect LLC; your audit report is yours to keep and share.

To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Systems Architect LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the free audit, and its total liability for anything connected to them is limited to the amount you paid for them — which, for the site and the audit, is nothing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. If these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with them.
