AI Systems Architect's primary focus is AI Voice Receptionist systems for appointment-based health and wellness practices — MedSpas, Dietitian offices, Doctors, and Chiropractors. Carlos also serves TCG retail stores with event automation through the proven EventFlow365 framework.
With a background in enterprise systems and a hands-on approach to delivery, Carlos works directly with every client — from discovery through deployment — to build automation that actually fits how their business operates.
Every system is built with dedicated per-client deployment, human escalation the moment judgment is required, and full audit trails — because automation should make practices more capable, not less accountable.

My Story
One of the proudest moments of my career was stepping on stage as a keynote speaker at Red Hat Summit, sharing how we transformed enterprise infrastructure using Ansible Automation Platform.
But the achievement wasn't the keynote — it was the journey that led to it.
For years, I watched teams struggle under mountains of repetitive work. Brilliant people were spending their days copy-pasting data, running manual processes, and babysitting workflows that should have been automated a decade ago. Whether it was enterprise infrastructure teams, MedSpa owners losing $8k/month in missed calls, or health practices that can't afford a full-time receptionist but can't afford to miss a single appointment booking — the problem was always the same: the tools existed to fix it, but nobody had connected them properly.
I founded AI Systems Architect to bring the same engineering rigor I learned at enterprise scale to the businesses that need it most — with the oversight controls and transparency that business owners actually deserve.
Today I build production voice AI systems — enterprise telephony, LLM-powered conversation, and workflow automation with n8n — integrated directly into scheduling platforms like Jane App, Mindbody, and Google Calendar.
