AI Systems Architect helps small and growing businesses in three steps: get online, get found on Google, and get automated. Carlos builds and runs all three — the websites, the Google Business Profile work, and the AI systems that come after an Assessment — for clients across the United States.
With a background in enterprise systems and a hands-on approach to delivery, Carlos works directly with every client — from discovery through deployment — to build automation that actually fits how their business operates.
Every system is built with dedicated per-client deployment, human escalation the moment judgment is required, and full audit trails — because automation should make businesses more capable, not less accountable.
Carlos operates under Tapia Entertainment LLC and is based in Texas.
My Story
One of the proudest moments of my career was stepping on stage as a keynote speaker at Red Hat Summit, sharing how we transformed enterprise infrastructure using Ansible Automation Platform.
But the achievement wasn't the keynote — it was the journey that led to it.
For years, I watched teams struggle under mountains of repetitive work. Brilliant people were spending their days copy-pasting data, running manual processes, and babysitting workflows that should have been automated a decade ago. Whether it was enterprise infrastructure teams, small business owners rebuilding the same spreadsheet every week, or a front desk that couldn't afford to miss a single appointment booking — the problem was always the same: the tools existed to fix it, but nobody had connected them properly.
I founded AI Systems Architect to bring the same engineering rigor I learned at enterprise scale to the businesses that need it most — with the oversight controls and transparency that business owners actually deserve.
Today I build production voice AI systems — enterprise telephony, LLM-powered conversation, and workflow automation with n8n — integrated directly into scheduling platforms like Jane App, Mindbody, and Google Calendar.
