Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to answer you, run the free audit you asked for, and see how the site is used. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone who isn't helping us do those three things.

Contact form. Your name, email address, business, industry, which offer you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message. If you include a phone number, we use it only to reach you about your inquiry.

Free Google Maps audit. The business you select, the category and keywords you enter, the service area you set, and — while the report generates — the email address to send it to, your first name, and a phone number. The audit reads publicly available Google Maps data about your business and your competitors; it does not change anything on your listing.

Site usage. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and which links brought them here (including campaign tags on a link we sent you). This is standard usage data: pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. It is not tied to your name unless you also contact us.

To send you the audit report and answer questions about it. To respond to your inquiry. To follow up about the audit or the inquiry you made. To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.

A phone number you give us is used to reach you about your audit or your inquiry. The audit form has an optional consent box. If you check it, you agree that AI Systems Architect may call or text you, including with automated calls or texts, about your audit and our services. Checking it is not required to get the audit. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. If you leave it unchecked, we will not send you automated calls or texts; a person may still call or email you about your audit. Every marketing email we send includes a way to stop receiving them, and you can tell us at any time not to contact you.

A small number of providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above: the platform that runs the audit and emails the report under our brand, the service that delivers our email, the analytics service named above, and the company that hosts this site. Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Audit results and contact-form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for following up with you, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings.

Email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with the link in that email. You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's tracking settings without affecting the site.
